Meet Our Team
Tracey Anastasio
Owner & CEO
I was born and raised in Berks County, Pennsylvania and graduated from Governor Mifflin High School. As a young adult my passion for exploration and travel led me to experience living in California and New York before settling back down in Berks County.

I am a Professional Leader who loves to help others discover their own talent in Leadership. Empowering others to take the lead and go above and beyond with each and every task. I am enthusiastic in my journey of developing and growing Healing Hearts Home CarePA. I find value in hearing about other’s passions and how I could possibly help them find fulfillment by offering care and companionship services.

I have enjoyed many Leadership positions throughout my career in Service Management, Service Marketing, Service Sales and Service Coaching. I put the customer at the center of all I do. My team is my first customer. My passion to align, lead and grow teams has given my life career much value. I love to win, but I find greater joy in helping my teams win.

I educate myself and drive myself to be a better person by constantly learning; never settling.
I focus on making high quality decisions for my business.
I enjoy meeting new people and hearing new perspectives. I look forward to being in the local community more as each year in business passes. Giving back to the area that is home to me and my family.
